Any returns must be authorised by us. Customer must return at own cost. Carriage for sending goods out is not refundable. A 10% Re-stocking fee will apply.

Goods must be returned in original packing and be in a condition for resale.

Any claims for damaged goods will only be considered upon receiving the goods back by us.

Gauge

The gauge of a staple is the thickness of the wire it's made from.

The gauge is usually indicated by the first number in a staple's size, such as 24/6 or 26/6.

A higher gauge number means the wire is thinner, and a lower gauge number means the wire is thicker.

Staples with a heavier gauge are used for binding thicker materials.

Length

The length of a staple is the measurement of one of its legs, or the part that goes through the material.

The length is usually indicated by the second number in a staple's size, such as 24/6 or 26/6.

The length of the staple should be appropriate for the thickness of the material being stapled.

Width

The width of a staple is the measurement of the top portion, or the crown.

The crown can be wide, medium, or narrow.

Some manufacturers measure the inside of the crown, while others measure the outside.

It's important to use the correct size staple for your project, as using the wrong size can damage the material or prevent the staple from going in.
