Staples4You.com is committed to complying with all relevant legislation and associated guidelines and will work to reduce pollution to its lowest practicable level. Staples4You.com aims to minimize its impact on the local environment and will collaborate with neighbours to ensure proper maintenance of sites, roadways, and buildings. Our goal is to avoid causing harm to the environment as far as practicable. This is achieved by maintaining an internal Environmental Management System and adhering to the following principles:

 

• Regular monitoring and review of environmental aspects and impacts will provide the foundation for continual improvement of the company’s environmental performance.

• Efficient and environmentally conscious use of resources will be made to ensure a sustainable future through income growth, while making a positive contribution to the environment by preventing pollution and reducing the significant environmental impact of energy use and packaging use.

• Establishment of a waste management program, adopting the hierarchy of reduction, reuse, recovery (including recycling), and final optimal disposal.

• Promotion of the efficient use of energy by all personnel.

• When planning work, all personnel will aim to minimize potential environmental impacts such as noise, dust, Odors, or fumes.

• After applying the waste hierarchy of reduce, reuse, recover/recycle, any remaining waste will be disposed of responsibly; all personnel will comply with agreed waste disposal requirements relating to areas under our control and encourage suppliers and customers to do the same.
